This is how
to order by text message
1. Write a message as follows:
name of city
official street name
number of house letter
additional
information
2. E.G.: HELSINKI MALLIKATU 2 A BACKDOOR (following
letter 64 characters max.)
3. Send message to number 13 170 (Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa)
4. When the message has been registered, the
taxi centre will send a return message: "Tilaus (order) on vastaanotettu
(has been received). Odota taksin vahvistusta (wait for confirmation by taxi).
Tilausnumero on xxx. (Ordering number is xxx)"
5. When an available taxi has been found,
the service will send a message: "Taksi nro xxxx on vahvistanut tilauksen.
Kiitämme tilauksesta. (Taxi number xxx has confirmed the order. Thank
you)"
If no
available car has been found in eight minutes, the service replies: "
Kaikki autot alueellasi ovat tilapäisesti varattuja. Yritä myöhemmin uudelleen.
(All cars in your area are temporarily occupied. Please try again later)"
Note!
- Text message order cannot be cancelled by
text message. If you wish to cancel your order, call taxi centre at 0100 0700.
- Advance ordering IS NOT possible by text
message. If you wish to order in advance, call taxi centre at 0100 0600.
- By text message order it IS NOT possible to order a specific car model, for example a minivan.
- Text message ordering works in mobile
networks of Elisa, Sonera, DNA and Saunalahti.
