Charge card for regular use
For name of
company, there are 2 lines, 25 characters for each. The number of characters
includes spaces.
At own
discretion, 2 lines (25 characters each) can be printed. The topmost number
line is for customer number, first four characters of the second line state the
number of the card and last two numbers are control numbers.
Card benefits
The card
can be only used for taxi fares, all payment data come from the taximeter.
A detailed
report of the fares will be sent, so control and bookkeeping is easy.
No other expenditures save for manufacturing costs.
One-trip
card
 The name of
the company is automatically acquired from the database.
Two lines
of text, 25 characters each, spaces included, can be chosen to be printed.
Period of
validity, here 08-07, means month and year by the end of which the card is
valid.
The topmost
number line is for customer number, first four characters of the second line
state the number of the card and last two numbers are control numbers.
After
payment the taxi driver always splits the card in two, left half for driver,
right half for customer.
The
one-trip card is otherwise similar to the permanent Taxi Helsinki-card, but it is
made of thinner plastic and can only be used for one trip. It is on the driver’s
responsibility to split the card after payment.
One-trip
cards are numbered and reports will be sent as with permanent charge cards to help
control.
The new one-trip cards in thin plastic are valid starting 07/2009. The old paper board cards will be cancelled gradually.
